Definition
The British Longhair is a
semi-longhair version of the British
Shorthair. The original
British longhaired cat was developed
into the Persian and became larger
with longer thicker fur than the
early Persians. This cat has a
round and large head; short ears;
big round eyes; short legs and the
tail is short and thick. (Donate
