Lisa Leady is a certified master groomer by two organizations, the National Dog Groomers Assn. of America and International Pet Groomers Inc. She is a third generation groomer having been raised in the industry. Currently she is the owner of Primp My Pooch Mobile Dog and Cat Salon.

Lisa Leady is a member of GroomTeam USA. Since 2000 she placed in the top 10 positions consistently, including the second position in 2005 and 2006. She competed in France in 2005 when the team took the Silver Medal, and she also competed with them in 2007 in Italy.

Lisa was awarded the Cardinal Crystal Grooming Achievement Award for Congeniality in 2003, and has earned several nominations for Groomer of the Year too.

In 2008 Lisa appeared as a contestant on the Animal Planet series, Groomer Has It, winning 2nd place.
